no sound when fight start (or when fleet detected), no sound when fight start (or when fleet detected)

Description:
After playing with "The number of points of the attacking fleet" option in Notifications tab I stopped receiving sound notification when another fleet is flying into same coords or when fight starts. I tried already refreshing page without using cache and deleting most of local storage, cache and cookies that had anything bout sound in the name. Changing option back to 0, or whatever other value dos not solve the problem.
Likely unreleated but firefox, tab is not muted and I do get sound when using quick order with my spies.
Actions required to repeat the problem:
Hard to tell really as I cannot undoo it. On my account any fight starting. For others likely changing "The number of points of the attacking fleet" option back and forth,

Also, just realised, I do not get sound notification on all devices. This probably rules out any client side stored settings (cookies, caches, etc).

You must have "Sound notifications" enabled in the game options to be able to notify you about attacks.
