hi, my account that completed the mission and was able to active Toss Code, has been deleted, it seems to had very few warnings before deletion.. most notably: Jan 4th 2026, "you account could be deleted" but after trying to log in with the link provided and then trying to change my password, i now realize that i no longer have access to xcraft with my original account, and that is super dishearting... so so so much time spent in game.
is there any thing that can still be done on your end? the account that went Missing In Action was "ixidor"
also, my phone number is still connected to that account and cant be used to update a different account... please still exist.

So is this game right? and the reason why we are often not informed of game changes before they go into effect... its not like anyone wants to deliberately waste anyones time. (Time is the only rescorce we can NEVER get back or earn more of.)
