Marsman, but that's for the change to the tech, at least according to where he put it. Iosif is supposed to arrive on the 1st of October from what I've seen. UncleanOne said the 50% return would become available 1 week BEFORE the change. Well, there is now less than a week until Iosif is scheduled to arrive. Where is the 50% return option?

Items and raw resources will be transferred as is. Total amount of resulting resources and items will be listed in planet control menu. This new option will be accesible for a month.
So when is the option to get 50% return going to start? There is now less than a week until Iosif arrives, and I still don't see it.

You need to approach the station in free flight. Send a small cargo ship into high orbit on defense order, then click the enter free flight button on the fleet sending page. Aim it at the station in local coords and have it fly to the station. Contact with the station will occur automatically once you get close enough.
