I didn't expect that the idea would be popular, but it seemed cleaner than what is currently being done to raise income and it won't negatively affect game play.
Another option would be to continue the "Free" version but add streaming advertisements along the edge.
Pay2Play subscribers would be advertisement free.
Actual subscriber rates would be set by management.
At this point it is just something to consider.

Your proposal is a great idea, but only, if you are one of the 'Rich and Famous'. I don't see how it benefits the majority of players, so I'm against it's implementation.

Greetings Emperor and fellow Senators,
Vasily you and your development team have created the outline of a truly magnificent game. During the last year, I have watched it dwindle little by little as changes were made to increase revenue flow.
I request that the game be expanded to be more like it was originally designed. Just imagine a 10,000 by 10,000 grid of solar systems with numerous wormholes (superhighway system) connecting even the farthest regions. Reopen full visibility and allow us a way to get to any point on the grid. Expand the range of both jumpgates and space stations by 10 to 100 times their current level, so that we can travel and explore this grid. Add interesting and unexpected treats (goodies) and dangers for travelers to encounter during their adventures. Maybe add new missions or quests that appear at certain levels of exploration (total distance traveled) or at certain levels of accomplishment (like 100,000 points). Make existing missions more positive with greater rewards instead of losses. Allow players to receive some benefit from the time they spend on Expedition, even if they return early. Increase the starting base number of planet slots to 3 to encourage development and expansion (The universe is starting to look like a ghost town due to the large number of vacant solar systems). Increase mining production rates and reduce amortization rates to encourage and assist player development. Maintain new Bestiary range increases and decrease usage fees. Allow 80 percent of battle debris to be recoverable and return debris recovery rates to previous levels.
Nothing in life is free. I recognize that the game needs revenue to continue to function. Overhead costs continue to rise, hiring and maintaining quality staff requires increases in pay, management expects bonuses, replacing or updating servers and increasing profit all require additional funds.
The best solution that I can envision is to modify the up-front costs of this game and charge a monthly fee to play. Start charging 12,000 RUB per active player. If you still wish to advertise the game as being a ‘Free’ online game, then add an asterisk and in smaller print add the words “for 90 days”, that should be long enough to get the new player interested and invested in the game.
I am not asking for Senatorial votes, as in truth, this is a managerial or executive decision, but your comments and concerns are welcomed. I’m sure I may have left out a particular request or desire for improvement that you can envision. I also recognize that no one wants to pay to play but isn’t that better than watching the game, where you have spent so much time and effort to develop, dwindling to nothing worth playing?
Key improvements addressed:
1). Full visibility
2). Increase available wormholes.
3). Expand range of both space stations and jumpgates.
4). Add new quests and improve outcomes of current quests.
5). Give a reward based on time spent on Expedition.
6). Increase base level of planet slots to 3 from 1.
7). Increase mining production rates.
8). Reduce Amortization rates.
9). Maintain newly expanded Bestiary ranges.
10). Reduce Bestiary fees.
11). Increase recoverable battle debris to 80 percent.
12). Return debris recovery rates to their previous levels.
Lucky number 13: Begin charging a monthly fee to maintain an account.

1,000 Sensor Spores should give 10,000 ckm visibility according to the description:
"Due to special locators, the visibility of objects in the Galaxy is expanded according to the formula natural logarithm of the number of spore locational colonies * 1000 сkm"
Yet they only give 6,000 ckm visibility.
The limited visibility is very noticeable when existing within a 6 by 6 Solar System oval beyond my planet.
Please fix the program.
