the response was that basically allied joint attack can be bypassed by all attacking separately
so the rule can be bypassed and this is allowed

it has always been this way, if more ships arrive the timer resets so a battle could go on forever if new fleets keep ariving

there is no interface you just deploy and travel starts automatically
