Is there any way to get rid of the queen which has contaminated my mine, or is the only option only to let it finish stealing my resources? I understand that I was attacked and the queen is now leeching my resources.

You can destroy one level of mine (queen should die) or wait until queen finish stealing resources.

They are very cheap, but very weak in combat. Focus on the king in the battle to help get rid of headaches later.

If you have a psi disrupter it has a chance of expelling the queen for each level that it is as well.
