There are a couple of errors in the discription of Espionage Technology:-

The more spies sent the more details about the enemy gathers, but the danger to be discovered is increases. Also espionage improves locating of foreign fleets. << roll up

And finally From level 10 you can hang fleets on the coordinates should be Hold fleets on the coordinates
