IPM attack bug
Hi,
I was told by admins that capital effect on a planet is not to get nuked or eaten by Lexx.
Yet as can be seen by the report, my capital just got nuked...What is going on?

From the coordinates [x:x:x] XXXX produced a missile attack (4 interplanetary missile) on planet Titan [23:219:8] lost: 1 Broodling, 3 Creep colony, 6 Spore colony, 5 Sunken colony, 5 Sensor spore colony
