Hi, I want to suggest a new description for the moon:
"Since the moon has no atmosphere and is an extremely hostile environment, you must first build a lunar base before it can build on it. The lunar base provides oxygen, heat and gravity to create a living environment for colonists. Each level provides a living area and wider development, as well as 6 levels for constructions."
The Lunar base is also a construction, so the description fits to what shane wants.
