who do i increase my allowance to send in Market (Bestiary) as you can see in the above posted. i just want to increase the allowed to send to be increase so can anyone tellme what should i develop the tech or building which allowes me to send more resources in the Bestiary?

it is related to your monthly income
so increase and mine refinery and hole metal vesp or mineral (gas is best as it is the highest value)
