Cannot see shared flights, Allies share flights, but we cannot "open" them

Greetings!

We are having problems seeing shared fleets. When allies/friends share flights, I can see the flight (the "line" in galaxy view), but I am unable to click on it and open to see what ships are in the flight, who owns the ships, or the arrival time.

I can, however, see my flights when I click on it in the Galaxy view. I can also see flights going to coordinates where I have a ship. We are unable to see any shared flights, however, and this seems to be the limit of the problem.

Please advise.
