Science Vessel, attack Power "10" all "5000" seconds

Science Vessel has attack Power of 10
and fires all 5000 seconds ( 83 minutes - never saw that long fight )
So it needs just 1 year to kill an Overlord.
And best: Attack Range 10. ( fighter has 260 )
I guess EMP also has same range.
