Alliance station bonus different displayed, different window - different bonus

like screen shows - Alliance station bonus is displayed very different,
depending on window I use.
First description on building site : http://prntscr.com/j29ih3 alliance station 6 shown with 12 %
http://prntscr.com/j29h3v and like screen shows here at 18 % same level
SO I THINK 18 % should be correct ? right ?
So please correct our bonus.
and wrong displayed 12 %.
Whatever - one display shows wrong.
Thinking bad I could mean: You made such much changes - you do not know what you did.
And of course we still wait for xerj planetoids working again.
Right now cost use is not given. 10 times cost of terran for nothing.
