I bought crystals today, and it said if I buy 500 or 1000 I get extra resources.  So I buy 1000 but I did not get the promised resources.  how can this be ??

Did you check if you got any special badges you can exchange for the resources the moment you wish to have them?
(didn't buy HC, but maybe this is the case)

I got a medal but what I have to do with it? 

And I bought 1000 but got no resources that is not fair.

The badges now say weird numbers like 15231 for the first reward so maybe it was a bug. Put it in the bug section
