+ 20 * level * 1.1 in the degree of level * (1 - coordinate of the planets in the solar system * 0.02)


For example level 20 solar plant, first planet in solar system xx:xx:1

20*20*1.1^20*(1-1*0.02)

Be careful: When typing this into your calculator the result will be incorrect.
Type this into your calculator:

20*20*(1.1^20)*(1-1*0.02)
