he had 338, 884,000 exp. Me 3 889, 000. Not a lot of difference
How can small players defend against that?
I used to be able to hide fleets by expo but not any more.
He has wiped out my toss account and now my human account..
I did not even stratch him
well it has been a blast but the game has lost it's appeal

Ahh so that's why fuel costs keep increasing.
How embarrassing to send 21mil of fleet for less than 150k. Gas in the red, profit value in the red. LOL

Marsman,
What you wrote is absolutely illogical.
When gas becomes more expensive, in this case 4 things will happen:
1. Weaker players will not have as many resources = slower development
2. Big players will pay a few dollars more (no effect)
3. Current rules allow players to attack other players in the range of points times 100 = anyone can use an army of this range against players 100x weaker - this will not change with the gas price
4. The fleet was not hidden, so it was a matter of time who would catch it - it is also not about the gas price, hiding a fleet of 136k costs only a little gas when using efficient methods
Summary: Changing the gas price will not solve anything.. in this case the player has trillions of gas and he does not care how much he uses
