This medal is awarded for building a level 9 Neural Core by a Xerj. By destroying the Core, the attacker who gained the most battle experience per battle can take the medal away. The medal can be won back by successfully attacking the attacker's capital. It increases Attack, Shields and Armour of fleet by 1%. The bonuses from multiple medals add up, but each successive medal has half the effect.
