theres a bug here the computation doesnt work well, ive sent alot of res. last time and i should be allowed just 200K more, but the numbers doesnt give logic, either this is a bug or please explain elaborately how this system works

All players in game have limits to transfer resources between other accounts (part of empire production - current is 25%).

Limit is calculating in "unified resource" (unires) (formula: METAL/4 + CRYSTAL/2 + DEUTERIUM/1)).

Each transfer row saving only 1 month, then row removed and available transfer value recalculating.
