The Bugs forum thread is not just for reporting bugs to the administration. It is intended to solve technical problems encountered in the game. Before creating a topic, you should check to see if there is a topic with the bug that you want to report. Try to put a brief description of your problem in the title of the topic. If the problem described above occurred on another account, be sure to specify the account where it occurred.

Research complete - but OVERVIEW keeps reloading, Finished shielding tech upgrade but still shows as underway
I upgraded shielding tech to level 9. It completed, but on my capital planet Overview, it still shows
as a blinking "Shielding Technology Level 9" and the remaining time blinks between 00s and 16000s.
It's been there for a week or more.
The problem is, while this is stuck
1) no research can be done in this lab. I have since increased the level of my other research labs to allow advancement of other technologies
2) I can't access any of the sub-views (e.g. Fleet Autosave) because the view keeps "Loading". See the tab on my screenshot

Still there. I can load the Fleet Autosave sub menu, but when the page reloads (after maybe 0.5 sec), it's gone again
