Pirate Battle Coordinates Glitch

yes i sent my xerj and my terran in a alliance with ajh and dual
is this a glitch or some new introduction?
because 0ne usurper restored (on cords and instant) i had to return my harvesters and recycles so we got no debris instead of all split 4 ways
that usurper restored faster that a single creep

yes the debris was worth more than the battle and we were cheated out of it

It is not a bug, usurper can restore after the battle on coordinates.

Victoria: Yesterday one player attacked my moon and I found my capital was rebuilding the fleet. By midnight it finished restoring the entire fleet and I was building new Battleships. Today at 4:50 I find my capital is rebuilding a fleet. I checked the attack log to see who attacked me and there are no new attacks. Can you please tell me what is going on?
