ok first you increase the battleships and battlcruisers fuell burn to 30 base then you decide the battleships fuels should rise to 31 then you increase the warmup times is that how you want to encourage player vs player? not all those bad but you ignore your base players and not inform them of anything meaning we have to find out ourselfs
