Phalanx, Tracking modes

Phalanx can track fleets originating from a planet, and with some extensions from asteroids and coords.
How about fleets originating from a planet and then recalled?
You can't track those in oGame and it was an accepted (but long) FS strategy.

One more question about deployment:

You can't get lanxed if you deploy and recall. Do you get lanxed if you deploy and return because of missing destination?

yes....return deploy because of missing destination like non-existent moon/insectoid entity cannot be phalanxed
