Fleet screen battle timer bug
As can be seen in attached screenshot, battle timer shows 24 hrs.
Now this was a gray fight, which lasted at most 14" (seconds)
It happens frequently, just not always.

My highest planet is 339 fields, without any terraformers, or advisors and subtracting any pumping tech (I am terran)
I have 5 planets and all the rest are more than 320 fields each, except my starting, only 230:(
That's with less than 10 colony atts/planet. I believe it could get even higher with more colony atts...
What's a terminator group? Only admins?

Upon further investigation, battle timer always starts at 23:59 and continues to 01, 02, ...
Why does it do that? Can't it start from 00, 01, ...?
I believe if counting started from 0, it would fix the problem.
