T IS NOT A BUG

IT MOST DEFINITELY IS A BUG!!!!!!

Raiding an inactive player with no defensive fleet and fleet in FAS does NOT produce a battle, and has not produced a battle for ALL the time I have been playing.

If something has changed in the game then explain it!!

I pay to play this game, an when I raise a genuine query I expect a genuine answer
