Description:
Resources sent long distance by ally failed to deliver to my OPS with reason "due to 100% monthly limit of the production on transfer of resources" but the limit was not breached or even close to the threshold shown on the market page

Brutoss, That makes sense and could well be true
It would be helpful if the message was clearer if it was the Sender or Receiver limit which would be breached as it's currently ambiguous
And even nicer would be if the command failed when the Commander pushed the Send Fleet button and not after a days flight as in this case :(
