Protecting topic authors from coordinated signal and information jammi, Legislative initiative.
Dear Senators, Alliance Leaders, and the Xcraft Project Administration!
In light of recent events on the forum (particularly in the "Finding Bugs" thread), we are officially submitting a crucial legislative initiative aimed at protecting the fundamental rights of every Xcraft player to a Senate vote and the Administration for consideration.
Right now, the signal tax mechanism is being used by large coalitions not to combat spam, but as a punitive weapon.
When the dominant alliance runs out of legal arguments, they resort to coordinated signal "pressure" on the thread's author.
As a result, the thread's creator is physically deprived of the opportunity to respond to criticism, provide logs, and defend their position. This is pure information terrorism and legalized censorship.
In this regard, we DEMAND that the following changes be considered and implemented:
1. Immunity for the topic author: Introduce a technical ban on any signal muting, leaking, or debuffing for the player who created the topic within that specific thread until it is officially closed by a moderator. The author must be free to engage in discussion and defend their post.
2. Ban on muting active Senators: Completely disable external signal pressure for all active Senators during official debates or votes in the Senate. Voting rights cannot be revoked through in-game resource superiority.
3. Eliminate the signal tax for authors: Exempt the topic author from the fixed signal tax on their own subsequent replies within the thread they created.
If Xcraft positions the Senate as a platform for diplomacy, then the Administration is obligated to guarantee players technical protection from informational castration. Otherwise, the forum will ultimately turn into a closed club for two alliances, where any truth will be instantly silenced by a signal leak.

P.S. VasyaMalevich, we hope that in this matter you will not rely on the overall vote result and will make your own, personal decision, bypassing the standard Senate vote. Let's be realistic: the Senate is currently effectively occupied by players from the ruling coalition, who are deliberately exploiting this shortcoming for their own selfish interests. Naturally, they will not vote positively for limiting their own leverage. Only direct intervention from the highest Administration can save the remnants of in-game diplomacy.

3. Отмена налога на сигнал для авторов: Освободить создателя темы от фиксированного налога сигнала на его собственные последующие ответы внутри созданной им ветки///////// не создавайте на форуме грязь и не будит проблем.....

Иммунитет для автора темы: Ввести технический запрет на любое глушение, слив или дебаф сигнала для игрока, который создал тему, внутри этой конкретной ветки до момента её официального закрытия модератором. Автор должен иметь право беспрепятственно вести дискуссию и защищать свой пост///////.а по чему эта проблемой является? Не так,по чему вам глушат? Смотрим выше,не розводите грязь на форуме..

Демократия - это когда в парламенте , какая то алегорхичиская группа , не имеет возможности вырубить микрофон сенатору.
Вот так это выглядит. и когда это делает не один игрок теней а много, только что бы заткнуть не согласных,то получается, что топы не дают даже возможность высказаться и проявить инакомыслие . так вот . друзья , до чего мы докатились. НЕсогласен с топ альянсами .просто затыкают рот, НОРМАЛЬНО?

Потребление сигнала 1кк для постов политических форумов... Это сделано для того , чтобы игроки сначала думали а потом писали. Хочешь приводить аргументы, доказательства, логи и прочее в защиту своей позиции, так укажи их сразу. Сразу сформируй грамотно идею и сразу изложи все свои доводы и мысли. Тогда не придется тратить сигнал на пояснения. И тогда игроки и администрация без "пояснительной бригады", имея твою часть видения вопроса , выскажут свое мнение и видение и озвучат решение. Сенаторов сотня и если каждый начнет по сто постов написывать , то конца не будет форуму. Это же очевидные вещи. Опять же если у твоей идеи есть сторонники так они тебе сигнал накинут.
