What´s going on here?
On Monday 13th of July 2015 I bought and payed the Purchasing Pack 1 - 2 - 3 over Bank payment!

Purchasing Pack 1 and 2 was on the same day to my account completed deliverd!

But what´shappend with the Purchasing Pack 3????
Missing till now the delivering of 10,000 Hydarian crystals and the Ship Medal “Jouann”!

Please give me some feed back, I can´t find anny information why this is not working.
